on 26th May 1998. I'm 53 years old, from Florida, USA, and only began to learn how awful processed food is in the United States, when I became fat in my early forties and began having chest pains. My doctor said NITROGLYCERINE! Fortunately, I paid no attention, subscribing instead to monthly newsletters by doctors affiliated with THE AMERICAN COLLEGE FOR ADVANCEMENT IN MEDICINE. They showed me how to bring down my weight by radically changing my diet, so today at 53 I am my normal weight and living free from angina, all WITHOUT DRUGS!
